Sometimes life changes from one moment to the next. A loss, a breakup, the failure of a plan, or simply a phase in which nothing feels as certain as it once did. What can help us when we cannot change what has happened, but can decide how we move forward?
In this interactive workshop, Clara Ulke combines personal experience with reflections on resilience, perspective shifts, and navigating difficult periods in life. Together, we will explore what can help us find stability in times of uncertainty, how we deal with circumstances we cannot control, and why hope can return even after some of life’s darkest chapters. The workshop offers space to reflect, exchange ideas, and take part in practical exercises — and perhaps to leave with a slightly different perspective on the difficult chapters of our lives. A workshop in English for everyone aged 18 to 35.
