In this Impulse talk you will learn about the definition of mindfulness, you will learn how to practice mindfulness in your daily and business life and you will get a list of concrete tools for special situations (f.ex.: what to do if I am nervous before having a job interview). After this Impulse talk you will know what mindfulness is, how and when to practice. In addition Sophia will guide you through a few exercises to experience mindfulness by yourself, you have the possibility to share your experiences and ask questions.

This Impulse talk about mindfulness is for you, if you feel stressed sometimes and want to experience how to calm your nervous system, how to manage new situations in your daily and business life without being stressed, if you want to go out of your comfort zone, if you want to communicate in a mindful way, if you want to present yourself in a mindful way, if you want to get to know more about how you can work with your mind & body.
